The control you have when self-publishing a book is accompanied by a great amount of responsibility. That being said, this freedom doesn’t make the self-publishing process an easy one. Authors are in control of the content they write and are able to publish any book without needing approval and support from a publisher. The self-publishing industry has facilitated the entire publishing process and made it possible for everyone.
